Tasting Notes
COLOR: Dark opaque violet.
NOSE: Nose blossoms with rich dark fruit of blackberries and blueberries along with mineral and leather.
PALATE: The palate experiences a rich full bodied mouth feel of black summer fruit with a hint of spice and cedar.
FINISH: The finish lingers with slight mocha, spice and berry.
TANNINS & ACID: Tannins are lite to medium with balanced acidity

AGING: Two years in Nadalie American Oak, 50% new.
BOTTLING: 400 Cases bottled, 13 AUG 2018, Unfined & Unfiltered. Alcohol 13.5%, pH 3.55, TA 6.8
