COLOR: Deep Dark Inky Purple.
NOSE: This wonderful expression of Petite Sirah has the look and aroma of Blueberry Pie along with Chocolate Coffee Mocha.
PALATE: The Palate offers a rich mouth feel of Ripe Dark Summer Berries and Spice.
FINISH: Long with Hints of Pepper and Caramel.
TANNINS & ACID: Well Balanced with Acidity and Tannins.

BRIX: 25.5’ with a 36-hour cold soak.
FERMENTATION: Whole berry in stainless steel tanks, D-254 Lallemand Yeast Inoculation, Daily Pump overs, 48-hour extended maceration with 100% Malolactic Conversion (Alpha).
COOPERAGE: Two years in Nadalie American Oak; 50% new, Missouri and Virginia.
BOTTLING: 17 August 2017, Unfined and Unfiltered, 425 Cases Produced. Alcohol 14.0%, pH 3.75, TA 6.0
